1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeet7 ("jeet7", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jeet7 online betting and casino platform, accessible at jeet7.io (the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jeet7 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is done entirely at the player's own risk and responsibility.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh. Individuals who have been excluded from betting platforms, or who are subject to a court order restricting gambling activity, are not eligible to register or use the jeet7 Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of jeet7, you are required to register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active jeet7 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification

jeet7 reserves the right to require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point where unusual account activity is detected. Verification may require submission of:

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeet7 support immediately. jeet7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure

jeet7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. Upon closure, any legitimate balance remaining after deduction of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are typically credited to your jeet7 account balance within 60 seconds of a successful mobile wallet transaction. jeet7 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may charge transaction fees subject to their own terms. All deposited funds must be your own — jeet7 does not accept funds sourced from third parties.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful identity verification. jeet7 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. jeet7 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, subject to notification to affected players.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on jeet7 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeet7 does not apply currency conversion fees. The ৳ symbol represents the Bangladeshi Taka throughout the Platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Practices that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using a bonus in a manner that jeet7 reasonably determines to be designed to extract the bonus without genuine engagement with the Platform; colluding with other players; and using any form of automated betting strategy specifically designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk. jeet7 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is detected, and to close the accounts involved.

5.4 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated at the time of issue. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jeet7 — including pre-match and in-play bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a displayed price and the correct market price, jeet7 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles supplied by Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt — are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the respective game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the game information panel within the Platform. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators.

6.3 Instant Games

6.5 System Errors

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeet7 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or collusion with other players;
• Money laundering or using jeet7 to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person to do so;
• Using another person's payment account or identity without their explicit consent;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such winnings are void and the player is obligated to report the bug to jeet7 support immediately;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without prior notification to jeet7 support.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jeet7 Platform — including but not limited to the jeet7 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio and visual elements, and software — is the intellectual property of jeet7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jeet7.

9. Privacy & Data

jeet7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jeet7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jeet7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jeet7 will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact jeet7 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jeet7 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law. jeet7's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility shall be final, subject to your right to seek independent legal advice.
